We typically go to Omaha to Aunt Patti & Uncle Tom's house Christmas day.  We changed things up this year due to Cade being in the NICU.  We stayed in Lincoln so that we could go visit him during his "care" times throughout the day.  We lounged around all day and then had presents & dinner towards the evening.  It was definitely a nice day to be together as a family.  Our best and most precious gift this holiday season is Cade Scott Holmquist.

This year we celebrated Christmas with Teaf's dad & step mom Cathy (& family) the Sunday before Christmas.  We met at their house for presents and then headed out to lunch as a family.  It's also so nice getting together with them.  The King grandparents were so generous with their gift giving and the girls were hooked up with a TON of Spider-man things. (blankets, jammies, slippers, etc)  They were in heaven.  Thanks Mark & Cathy for a great afternoon!

The Stark's Christmas celebration is always the Saturday before Christmas.  We get together at a club house so that everyone can fit. Grandma Cindy & Aunt Jeanine are the hosts and do the planning and executing for the event. Life gets rather hectic and we don't always get the chance to see all his family throughout the year.  It's always nice to see everyone during the holidays.  This was the start of our Christmas celebrations.

Christmas Eve is always at Grandpa & Grandma Wimmer's house with the Sintek side of the family.  We always have a blast hanging out together.  The girls loved opening their presents and helping everyone else open theirs.  Grandma Cindy & Grandpa Frank gave Teaf and I a giant laminated world map that we wanted.  They didn't quite understand how excited we were when we opened it.  It is AWESOME!  Thanks for all the gifts and a great x-mas eve celebration.
