You and your daddy hit the road once again this past Saturday to Nebraska. You will be there with family and daddy until mommy arrives on Christmas Eve. You are probably thinking, wow, my daddy has a lot of time off work to be staying lengths of time during week days in Nebraska. Well, actually daddy was laid off from his job in late October and has been running daddy daycare with you ever since. For most, it may be a stressful situation, especially with the state of the economy. For us, it was a blessing in deguise. Daddy was not a fan of his work or the people he worked for and with, making it a rather miserable environment. He stuck it out for our family's sake but evenutally they downsized and are giving him unemployment until he finds another job. So, what that means is you have A LOT of time with daddy and both of you really seem to be enjoying it:) Luckily we aren't really stressed and are just rolling with the flow of life (does that surprise you considering our personalities?)

In Nebraska, Grandma D is on Christmas vacation and Grandpa D mostly works from home, so you are in heaven having 2 playmates 24 hours a day. Plus Aunt Shannon, Aunt Kate, and everyone else Daddy takes you to visit are doting on you too. Our morning routine since you have been away has become this: I sleep in until about 10am (which is nice because mommy LOVES to sleep in) and then I go straight to the computer and call you using Skpe. I really miss you little peanut and can't wait to see you in a couple more days:)
