Song For Leaving

A long time friend died on Friday. Long time friends gathered today to remember and celebrate his life. When times like this happens it leaves you with a sense of shock, disbelief, and sadness. As I was driving back to Omaha from the funeral, I drove under a beautiful rainbow while listening to this song by Brett Dennen. He is one of my favs and this song is so fitting for the day. Rest in peace friend. You lived 29 years too short and will be deeply missed.
