Please HELP!

I am in DESPERATE need of a remedy for my hands that are constantly numb and feel like pins and needles are poking out of my finger tips. The worst is when I am sleeping. I wake up and think that for sure my hands are black and blue and have died in the middle of the night. I try to move them and it burns like crazy. This happens throughout the entire night, causing me to wake up way to many times for my own good. Like right now, I have been awake for an hour and ten minutes and my left hand is still tingling. This is especially happening in my left hand more than my right. My right hand does fall asleep alot but doesn't get to the point of death. When I am awake, it happens randomly throughout the day. My mom suggested that I calmly have a talk with Harper and tell her "Harper, mommy needs you to move off her giant nerve because it really hurts her." So in an attempt to help me out, Teaf had that conversation with her this morning (after he was awake on and off all night while I shook my hands like crazy and moaned) and it had to of sounded like Charlie Brown's parents talking to her. (whah whah whah whah) So, in the end she hasn't moved from my nerve and it's really getting on my nerves! :)
Please help this desperate pregnant girl....

You may have carpal tunnel. Try hand splints at night, that is supposed to work for that.

Sounds like Carpal Tunnel for sure... They sell braces at CVS and places like that that will relieve (some of) the tingling.
My hands/feet tingle sometimes when I'm lacking B-12. Maybe you need to add in a supplement or something. Hope it gets better soon.

I miss your face.

love ya...

you need to talk to your pre-natal yoga instructor. she will have exercises to help with that...carpal tunnel is VERY common during pregnancy. do the exercises as often as possible and it will help...I PROMISE! :)
